IntegrationsWorks with your stack

Works with the systems you already run.

Propacc doesn’t ask you to leave your platform. It imports your prelim and exports clean journal entries back in your platform’s own format, so review and prep happen in Propacc and your system of record stays the system of record.

How integration actually works

Today, Propacc works primarily through structured import and export: you bring in the prelim, the engine reviews and preps, and you take out a native journal entry file. Where a platform offers an API, deeper integration is available so the round trip needs fewer manual steps.

We add platforms based on what customers ask for. If your system isn’t listed, tell us — we’ll let you know where it sits on the roadmap.

01

You export the prelim

GL, trial balance, budget comparison, T12 — from your existing platform.

02

Propacc reviews and preps

Tie-out checks, exception flags, accrual drafts — all in the read-only workspace.

03

You export the JE file

One native journal entry file in your platform's import format.

04

You upload it once

Your production ERP only ever sees the approved, finished entries.
